Cajun Chicken and Rice
Ingredients
6 whole boneless skinless chicken thighs
Tony's Original Creole Seasoning
1 tsp. sugar
Vegetable oil
1/3 cup water
Steps
Cover both sides of chicken with Tony's.
Let sugar brown in nonstick pan with vegetable oil.
Sear chicken on medium heat until outside is no longer pink, flipping as necessary.
Add water to pan.
Let chicken simmer on medium-low heat with lid on for 20 minutes.
